Comedy duo Taka-Toshi, idol Wakatsuki promote ‘Bolt’

“TOKYO — Popular comedy duo Taka and Toshi, and pop idol Chinatsu Wakatsuki are promoting the U.S. animated film ‘‘Bolt,’’ which was released in Japan recently. ‘‘Next time ‘Bolt,’ please,’’ Taka and Toshi said while handing out fliers to people who had just finished watching other movies at a Tokyo cinema complex.
The duo are encouraging people to go to see the Disney film after engaging in similar promotional activity for ‘‘Wall-E,’’ another Disney movie. Wakatsuki, for her part, spoke of her fondness for the film about a dog star in Hollywood, saying she has already seen it three times. Wakatsuki said she hoped to see the film again with a man she is interested in. ‘‘I think I would invite such a man…No, maybe he should invite me,’’ she said.”
