After more than a year of absence, Koisaya finally re-appeared with a new photoset.

The new work from photographer Saiki Hiroyoshi, featuring former AV actress Koisaya, named 5 Doors, was released in July 13th in a CD ROM format, with a 69 3328x4992pix resolution pictures.
