When the ecomony going bad w/ things effecting within sales & the news came around Monday. Which the popular gravure magazine Sabra will be shut down after March 2010 issue (On sale January). Since it all started in 2000 (May) which it will fall short of reaching 10 years in publication and the plan to move towards digital as it mention of how sales have fallen during this year which you can find more on the data at Tokyograph.com Article. Also in the article that JMPA website mention the numbers from the sales.

If you’ve seen the new video Pai Pressure, featuring big bust Gravure idol Mayuka Okada, then you know what I’m talking about. This is not going to be a full scale review. Instead I will talk about just one scene, which we will call A Day at the Beach.
So Okada-san and the crew from Saibunkan set up for a beach shoot at the JWB Resort in Cebu, Phillipines. Okada was wearing a standard tiny bikini; small on top but covering at least half of her breasts. The bottoms displayed the T-back effect in back, while being a bit more normal in front. “TOKYO — Bikini queen Yuri Morishita, 24, showed how she works it at a special preview of French action flick “Banlieue 13 Ultimatum” held in Tokyo this week.
Billed as “Ultimatum: Muscles Never Die” in Japan, the movie is a sequel to the 2004 original which became famous for its stunt scenes filmed without wires or altered with computer graphics. Aki Hoshino was given barrage questions after the event about marriage rumors while showing off in front of Doomsday poster. During the commemorative event which the movie Doomsday was in Japan, as seen showing off a prop gun w/ a sign and wearing a black top refering to the hero played by Rhona Mitra. The questions were like getting married this year type rumors which she denied.

“Ryo Kurashina’s manga series “Jyouou Virgin ~Roppongi Night GP Part II~” (illustrated by Nao Kurebayashi) is getting a TV drama adaptation, it has been learned. Popular idol Mikie Hara (22) will take on the starring role.
Currently serialized in Shueisha’s Business Jump, “Jyouou Virgin” revolves around young kyabakura hostesses competing for a big prize. It is the sequel to Kurashina’s earlier “Jyouou,” which was also turned into a drama series in 2005. The new show will air in the same late night Drama 24 (12:12am) time slot on TV Tokyo, allowing for some nudity. Like the previous series, the supporting cast features idols from the gravure and AV industries, including Natsuko Tatsumi, Reon Kadena, Saori Hara, and Yuma Asami.
The series will premiere on October 2.”

“TOKYO — Used to modeling in bikinis or underwear, Aya Takigawa, 22, found herself in a different mode this week when she wore futuristic get-up to an event in Tokyo held to promote the release of pachinko machine manufacturer Sammy’s new “Eureka Seven” machine.
“Eureka Seven” is an animation series set on Earth some 10,000 years after humans have abandoned it, and it aired in Japan for about a year starting in April 2005. The series has also been made into a movie as well as a computer game.
The new machines to be introduced in September feature scenes from the animation as well as scenes not released before. Takigawa, dressed up as Eureka, remarked that she had taken a liking to her costume, adding: “I’m pretty satisfied with the new machine too!”
